Youth mentorship
Encouragement and guidance for the next generation, on and off the court.
More than basketball
Building leaders, together.
Our mission goes beyond the court. Little Rock Lightning is committed to building leaders on and off the court through mentorship and community-based outreach.
A lasting local impact
The community is part of the team.
We work with local young people and community organizations to encourage growth, confidence and leadership. Through mentorship and outreach, we aim to create positive connections that last beyond game night.
Community outreach
Partnerships and local programs that bring neighbors together.
